Refund and Cancellation Policy

At WebVibeLabs, we strive to provide high-quality graphic design and social media management services. Because our work involves custom digital creation and dedicated time, our refund policy is structured to be fair to both our clients and our team.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing our services.
1. Graphic Design Services (Logos, Banners, Posters, Social Media Posts)
Before Work Begins: If you request a cancellation before any design work has started, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.
During the Design Process: Once initial concepts have been created and delivered to you, our services become non-refundable. Instead of refunds, we offer revisions (as outlined in your specific project agreement) to ensure the final design meets your expectations.
Small/Micro-Design Tasks: For small, single-item jobs (such as individual social media posts priced at $1 to $2), payments are strictly non-refundable once the final design is delivered.
Approved Designs: Once a final design is approved and the source files or final high-resolution images are delivered, no refunds will be issued.
2. Social Media Management & Marketing
Cancellations: Social media management services are billed weekly/monthly. You may cancel your ongoing service at any time. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, please cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Refunds for Management Services: Because this service is based on daily labor and time already spent managing your accounts, we do not offer refunds for the current billing cycle once work has commenced.
3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a cancellation or discuss a refund, please contact us directly. We will review your request and get back to you within 1 to 2 business days.

4. Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment (via Stripe). Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
