At WebVibe Labs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with the service you receive, we’re committed to making it right.

Payment Method:

We accept payments via PayPal for all services.

Refund Eligibility:

  • If you are not satisfied with the final design or service provided, you are eligible to request a full refund within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed only if the request is reasonable and made before the final files are approved or used.

  • Refunds do not apply once the final files have been delivered and approved by the client.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please email us at refunds@webvibelabs.com with:

  • Your order details

  • A brief explanation of why you’re not satisfied

We’ll review your request and issue a refund within 3–5 business days via PayPal if it qualifies under our policy.

Important Notes:

  • Partial refunds may be offered for projects partially completed.

  • We reserve the right to decline a refund request if there’s evidence of misuse, unreasonable demands, or fraud.
